Tremblant Rated Number One in Eastern North America for the Seventh Year

Again this year, 20,000 readers of Ski Magazine; for the seventh consecutive year, have chosen Tremblant as the number one resort in Eastern North America. Tremblant ranks first in North America in the category of accommodation, as well as ranking first in the North American east in three other categories: restaurants, service, and restaurants on the mountain itself. Tremblant ranked second in the North American east for after-ski activities and for activities in general.

The 1,600 or so luxurious suites in the pedestrian village took top honors, as well, in the Ski Magazine rankings. And it’s not just that the units are top quality; it’s their proximity to the slopes that delights visitors. "Perhaps the smartest move developers made was to ensure that skiers could walk from their hotels or condos to the slopes, shops, restaurants and bars –and have a short stroll home in the event they’ve had too much joie de vivre, " says the October issue of the magazine.

Lovers of good food give the thumbs-up to Tremblant and its numerous eating establishments, the pride of both the pedestrian village and the mountain. In fact, according to the survey, our guests expressed appreciation for the quality of the food both at the base of the slopes and at the summit.

And finally, there’s something new at Tremblant that attracted the attention of Ski Magazine: two new trails will be available for skiers and boarders to check out. With its 94 trails, a quantity and variety that set this resort apart by making it a playground for veterans and beginners alike.
