Aspen Skiing Co. to Limit Carbon Dioxide

WEDNESDAY, 6 SEPTEMBER 2006

The Aspen Skiing Co. supports the lawsuit which seeks to require the Environmental Protection Agency to limit vehicle’s greenhouse gas emission.

The Supreme Court agreed in June to take up the case but Bush administration has rejected calls by environmentalists to limit carbon dioxide.
